Overview
The branch application is an essential part of the delivery system provided by Mannasat. It facilitates the management and tracking of orders transferred from the supervisor’s control panel. The application displays orders according to specific stages, such as confirmed, pending, processing, and delivered… Employees can update the order status and record delivery details in real-time. It helps organize the distribution process, improve efficiency, and provide better service.
Home Page
On the homepage, you will see a list of all orders with a filter bar to sort the orders by their status. By clicking on an order, you can view the order details and customer information. You can also select a delivery worker to assign the task of delivering the order to the customer by clicking on the “Assign” button. At the bottom of the page, you will see a bar that you need to drag to confirm the order.
Orders History
Through the order history menu, you will see a list of orders categorized into three states as follows: delivered orders, orders that have been returned for various reasons, and canceled orders. In each state, you can click on an order to know the related details, such as the requested products, prices, customer information, and the assigned delivery agent responsible for delivering this order.
Additional Options
At the bottom of the page, there is a menu of options where you can choose the language you want to use within the application, along with privacy policies, terms, and conditions. Additionally, there is a logout feature available in the application.
