Overview
This application serves as the core of the delivery system offered by Mannasat, enabling customers to order products through it and take advantage of the delivery service
Login
The customer must log in to the application to experience a smooth and easy-to-use interface. Creating a new account is one of the crucial initial steps the customer needs to take.
Create New Account
To create the new account, the customer first clicks on the (Create Account) option and provides some basic information (mobile phone number, full name, email, and a chosen password). This information enables the customer to access their account anytime and from any phone they prefer to use the application on. Once this information is entered, they simply click on the (Subscribe) option to successfully complete the account creation process. By following this method, the customer has successfully completed the registration procedures.
Home Page
The customer app’s homepage will display a location selection option to order from the nearest branch to your address. Additionally, you will find a list of main categories available in the restaurant, along with a selection of featured products.
Current Location
To set their location in the application, the customer needs to click on the (Current Location) button at the top of the home page. Then, they should press the (Add) button at the bottom of the page to proceed to the next page for location selection. Next, they click on the (Change) button to search for and choose their location. After that, they select location options (Home, workplace, other) and provide details such as street name, building, floor, and the actual recipient’s name and number. Providing accurate information will help the delivery person reach them more quickly.
Cart
To add products from the home page to the shopping cart and complete the purchase process, you can click on the product and specify the quantity, add-ons, or removals. Then, click on the (Add to Cart) button, and a notification will appear in my cart list, allowing you to review the complete order (delivery options, invoice). After confirmation, you can click on the (continue checkout) button to finalize the order and add the delivery address from the top of the page (delivery address, preferred delivery time, payment method). Additionally, you can write any additional notes if necessary.
Orders
In the orders menu, ongoing orders that have not been completed yet are displayed, along with the record of previously placed orders. By clicking on the (Order Details) button, you can review the details of each order.
Track orders
After the customer completes the order, a message confirming the success of the process will appear. Then, they need to go to the (Orders) list at the bottom of the page and select the (Running) option. The order will be displayed according to its serial number. By clicking on the (Details) button, the customer can track the order’s progress through stages like (Order Placed, Order Accepted, preparing food, Your Meal is on the Way, and order delivered). Moving from one stage to another depends on the branch’s workflow. Finally, the (Order Delivered) stage is subject to the delivery driver application.
Favorite
To add a product to the favorite list, the customer can access the products or categories they desire. After selecting the product, they simply click on the (Favorite) button to add it to the list.
Menu
Through the menu option located at the bottom, the customer can easily edit their personal information and access system policies and terms. Additionally, they can view notifications and incoming messages. Moreover, they have the ability to review their order history and utilize the delete feature, as well as log out from the account smoothly and effortlessly.
Message
The customer can access the chatbox and communicate with the delivery agent directly through the App. Simply, they need to enter the options menu and click on (Message) to send messages to the driver and respond to their delivery-related questions and inquiries. An easy and efficient experience that contributes to improving service quality.
Note
In regards to the rest of the options available in the menu, they are the same as those available in the e-commerce website directory.
