Overview
The deliveryman application provided by Mannasat is a mobile application that organizes and facilitates the process of delivering goods to customers. The application provides the delivery worker with the necessary information to carry out their work smoothly and efficiently. It offers an easy-to-use interface that allows them to track their assigned order list and monitor all its details, from quantity to price, while also enabling direct communication with the customer. The delivery system relies on registering and assigning delivery workers to tasks, ensuring fast and efficient service to users.
Login
After the store administrator creates an account for the new delivery worker, as documented in the User Management section (Add New Deliveryman) click here , they will be able to enter their email and password into the dedicated application for delivery workers. This will enable them to use the application to perform their tasks.
Profile
In the profile menu as a delivery worker for the store, you will find your personal information, such as your name and phone number, along with the privacy policies and terms and conditions specific to the store. You will also have the option to log out of the account.
Home Page
When a customer places a new order, it is directed to the restaurant, and you are assigned to deliver it. You receive a notification for new orders. In the delivery worker app, you can see a list of assigned orders on the home screen. Click on an order to view details like the delivery location, customer name, and total bill. Use the chat button to communicate directly with the customer if needed.
Order History
Upon accessing the order history menu, you will be presented with a list of orders assigned to you as a delivery worker by the branch you are affiliated with. Each order will be accompanied by relevant information. By clicking on an order, you will be taken to a detailed view displaying information such as the products, quantities, and the total value of the order. Additionally, you will find customer-specific details related to the individual who placed the order.
Order Details
Through the homepage, the delivery personnel can view the details of each order by clicking on (View Details), Specific order details will be displayed, including the order number, order time, payment status, order contents, price, total bill, customer’s location, and contact information, as well as an option for confirming the delivery after completing the order.
Direction
By clicking on the Direction button, you, as a delivery worker, can pinpoint the customer’s location, enabling you to deliver their order at the appropriate time and place.
Chat with customer
The driver can communicate with the customer to inquire about the location or confirm their address by clicking on the order details, and then proceed to the option of contacting the customer at the bottom of the page to be directed to the chat screen.
Delivery Confirmation
Upon being assigned to deliver an order, you will receive a notification to confirm your acceptance. After delivering the order to the customer, you can confirm completion by swiping the order details. This will update the restaurant’s supervisor dashboard accordingly.
