This website serves as the core of the delivery system offered by Mannasat. It enables customers to order various products through the website and benefit from the provided delivery service. This system enhances the online shopping experience and provides a reliable and fast delivery service for the customers’ desired products.

The customer must log in to the website to have an enjoyable and personalized experience.

How it works?

Creating a new account is a vital step that the customer needs to take when ordering through the website. To create the new account, the customer first clicks on the “Create Account” option and provides some basic information (mobile phone number, full name, email, and a chosen password). These details allow him to use the account even through the customer’s application. Once this information is entered, they simply click on the “sign up” option to successfully complete the account creation process. In this way, he has successfully completed the registration procedures.

Home Page

On the homepage of the e-commerce website, the customer will see an option to specify their location to receive the order from the nearest branch to their address. Additionally, there will be a list of main categories available in the restaurant and a list of featured products.

Current Location

To specify their location on the e-commerce website, the customer clicks “Current Location” and then (Add) to input and selects their location. They can choose options like residence, workplace, or other, and provide details for faster delivery.

Cart

The customer can add products from the homepage to the cart by clicking on the product, specifying quantity, add-ons, and cancellations. After clicking “Add to Cart”, a notification appears in the cart for order review, including delivery options and invoice. Upon confirmation, he can proceed to finalize the order, adding the delivery address, preferred time, payment method, and optional notes

Track Order

After the customer places an order, they will receive a confirmation message.

Then, they can access “My Cart” or “Options” from the top menu to select “My Orders” and track the progress of their order through stages like (Order Placed – Order confirmed – Preparing Food – Your Meal is Being Delivered) The transitions between stages depending on the branch’s workflow, leading to the final “Order Delivered” stage, managed by DishDash delivery application.

Favorite

The customer can add a product to the favorites list by accessing the desired product or category. After selecting the product, simply clicking the favorite button will add it to the list.

Menu

Through the menu option located at the top of the page next to the shopping cart icon, the customer can easily update their personal information, access system policies and terms, as well as view notifications and incoming messages. They can also review their order history, use the delete feature, and log out from the account smoothly and effortlessly.

Profile

The customer can update their profile by accessing the menu, then going to the profile section, modifying the information, and finally clicking on “Update Profile”.

Orders

The “My Orders” menu displays ongoing orders that have not been completed yet, as well as a record of previously placed orders. You can review the details of each order by clicking on the “Order Details” button.

Address

The customer can add their own delivery addresses. They can add multiple addresses, allowing them to order from home, their workplace, or any other preferred location. You can refer back to the location selection section explained earlier to learn how to specify and add a new address.

Message

 The customer can access the chatbox and communicate with the delivery agent directly through the website. Simply, they need to enter the options menu and click on (Message) to send messages to the driver and respond to their delivery-related questions and inquiries. An easy and efficient experience that contributes to improving service quality.

Coupon

With ease, the customer can access the available vouchers posted by the restaurant management on the website, allowing them to benefit from the offered discounts or coupons.

Notification

This feature enables customers to receive notifications from the restaurant regarding new products and offered promotions. These notifications may include images of promotional offers or recently activated vouchers.

Help & Support

If the customer faces any issue, they can easily access the options menu and click on the (Help and Support) button. This way, they will be able to send a message or make a direct call to the support team for the assistance they need.
