Bulk import

You can avoid manual entry of products and categories by organizing all the products and their corresponding categories in an Excel file using a specific programmatically modified format. You can then start uploading the products, categories, and related information to your control panel using the file import feature.

How it works

To be able to input the list of products for each batch, all you need to do is enter the product information according to the requirements of the first section of the table, including the product details such as description, price, tax, as well as specifying the main and subcategories of the product if available. Additionally, you need to input the name of each product, category, and the general banner for the main category.

Note: It is assumed that you will enter the names of the products, categories, and banners using the same name as they appear in their respective image files.

After preparing the table and image files, it is expected to combine them into a single file named(product_bulk_format). This file is supposed to be uploaded to the website in Zip file format.

In this context, it is important to consider the method of distributing the files, so that the banner image file for each category is placed inside the category file. It should be noted that any image included in the file but not specified in the Excel file will result in the image not appearing on the customer’s website.
